Your question about the client going into bankruptcy

Hi, you just posted a question about filing old returns - it ended up in the wrong place (basically it ended up in the articles section of the site, rather than the tax questions/discussion forum section) and I'll move it over to a new discussion shortly.

But it would help us to help others who might run into this problem in the future if you could walk me through how you posted the question. Were you in one of the discussion forums? Or did you use the search box first, and then use one of the links at the top of the page? Or maybe you clicked "Start new Article" or one of the other links at the left side of the page?

If you could send me a note with that info, and also whether or not you provided a title for your question. Depending on how you posted it, there might have been a box at the start that asked for the topic title - please let me know if you think you left that blank or if you'd typed a title in.

You can reach me by clicking here and then clicking the "Leave a message" link, or by clicking on my name below and following the links to leave me a message.

Thanks for your help.

Edited to add:

I've moved your question into the Tax Forum. You can still get to it by going to the "my contributions" list at the top right corner of your screen (the new title I gave it will show now), or by clicking this direct link: Salary issues for 100% S/H in a C-Corp.

Edited again to add:

Gp, here are some possible starting points for your research, while you're waiting for responses to the discussion linked above:

(At the very least, these discussions may give you some good ideas for new search terms to pop into the yellow search box.)
