Hello, my name is Uncle Sam.

I am both an EA and a CPA - a sole practitioner - that provides a variety of accounting/bookkeeping/tax services to small to medium sized businesses as well as annual tax preparation to 1040 clients. I am a former state Sales & Use tax auditor and a former Treasurer to a Board of Fire Commissioners. I service retail, professional service, light construction, auto repair business as well as tax exempt organizations. I'm a member of NSA (former State Director), and NAEA and serve on the governing board of a local social service tax exempt organization.
