Hi,
My name is Wei-Chung Hu... You can call me Wei :-) About three years ago, I left Taiwan and came to the States. After that, I spent one and half year to get my MBA, one year working for an US company, US Staffing/Staff Co., as IT assistant. I am a rookie of US tax, and found out the US tax is really complex. The reason I want to learn more about the US tax is that I am in the process of setting up my first US company, ChineseInkOnline. [1]
For choosing the form of company and finding investors, tax becomes something I need to learn. I have done a lot research and talked to a few accountants, and found out that TaxAlmanac has the most answers of my specific questions.
I hope that I can have the ability to contribute to this community some day in the future.
Wei
