My name is Mike Phillips. I used to be a CPA, but have been unable to keep up with new audit standards, GAAP, and new tax laws. Since I practice in a rural area I have narrowed my practice to tax and bookkeeping. I live in Northern NH. I have prepared returns for many types of businesses. About 1/3 of my work has been for construction companies, especially those who excavate and bridge builders.
