My name is Lorraine Kellogg. I am a Certified Management Accountant located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

I established my accounting and income tax practice on November 1, 1992 specializing in U.S. and Canadian corporate and personal income tax. My firm serves a variety of clients including executives on foreign assignment in Canada, professional athletes, owners of U.S. property and investments, U.S. and Canadian corporations and individuals doing business in the U.S.

Personnally, I have written and instructed various U.S. income tax courses and presented seminars relating to U.S. tax issues that affect both individuals and corporations in the U.S. I have also received my enrolled agent status, which allows me to represent my clients before the Internal Revenue Service.
