I am a licensed attorney since 1985. I am a sole practitioner, in general practice. Some areas of interest to me besides bread and butter legal work are: Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA, as amended), Identity Theft matters (FCRA as amended), the Americans with Disabilities Act and Sec. 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Regarding these latter interests, my main focus is on adults and children with diabetes & discrimination (including discrimination in education). But just about anything you can imagine has crossed my desk over the years.

I am known as the Board expert on Sec. 266. And not known as the Board expert on Sec. 1244. However, you may have to remind me.
