| I have a client who donated one week of timeshare use to a children's hospital. The client paid a maintenance fee of $670 for the week of use. The charitable organization gave him a receipt with a fmv of $2,500. My question is, is only the $670 deductible or the fmv of $2,500. Any guidance would help. Thanks in advance.
