Anyone ever done a Reverse 1031 Exchange? I have a client who is trying to purchase a property before the other is sold and I am wondering what we need to do to accomplish a tax-free exchange.

Recommend using the qualified exchange accommodation arrangement (QEAA) safe harbor in Rev. Proc. 2000-37.
