I have an existing client that wants our firm to begin handling complete outsourcing for a few of their shopping centers: Invoicing; Deposits; bill paying; bookkeeping; sales tax returns, etc. Essentially everything but the property management. For the last seven years we have prepared compilations and the tax returns for these LLCs and their members. Would anyone be willing to share either their engagement letter or content suggestions? I want to avoid any chance of misperceived assumptions on either side. and as we all know good contracts make for great relationships.  :-) I would greatly appreciate this assistance.

You might want to check into PPC's library materials. They have engagement letter samples that cover this type of service.
