As to auto, if he is driving a company vehicle and has personal use, it is supposed to be included in wages quarterly, but many do not get it in until year end.}} | ||

For quarterly 941 does the wages reported have to include items such as health insurance and auto? Also, do most states follow federal convention (I'm curious most about NJ)? Thanks | |

| Can't speak to NJ rules, but yes, SEHI should be included on Form 941 Line 2 wages, but should not be included on Line 5 wages. As to auto, if he is driving a company vehicle and has personal use, it is supposed to be included in wages quarterly, but many do not get it in until year end. | |
