It seems like he would have received a notice a long time ago if he had 1099's or W-2's reporting income to him if the state really hadn't received a tax return. If he did have income, I would request a copy of federal 1040 to see what's going on.}} | ||

| Does he know whether or not he had income for that year? It seems like he would have received a notice a long time ago if he had 1099's or W-2's reporting income to him if the state really hadn't received a tax return.
