| I have married clients and the calculations say it is better to prepare return married filing separately. Is there a rule about who gets to claim the dependents? If they agree to let the spouse claim the kids, does it matter if she is not the one with most AGI, but she has enough income to say she provided over 1/2 support of kids? | |
