| 50 years ago, juries in the south would rarely convict certain people when they committed violence against others not of their race. 14 years ago in LA this trend was evident in a famous case, but with criminal and victim reversing sides. Now it would seem in certain bastions, any prosecution effort is thwarted by those who live in a different mindset. | |
