Does the IRS have a site where you can search out a particular company to get their address, EIN, etc? I'm trying to determine what address the IRS has on file for a client. Thanks.

why don't you just ask your client what address they want to use? Or can't you find the client?

I believe that filing a return with a new address will cause the IRS to update their records.

Go to the IRS website, enter in their address and their EIN, and it will bring up the information you want.

[P.S. I thought only charities had all this information plastered on the IRS site.]
