| I know we're all a lot more focused on counting down how many returns are left (about three dozen coming yet for me) and we're all wired, glazed in the eyeballs, grumpy, and selfish right now. (Or is that just me?) But...stop and take a moment to understand and appreciate what God in Heaven did this weekend, available to any who are willing. Contrary to most reports, He's not about trying to wreck your party. He is most desirable thing that there is, the very thing we've been searching for all our lives. But the other team doesn't want you to know that. He's calling us to join Him...when you do, you'll never regret it. Happy Easter my friends. | |

| I don't mind doing taxes, or even the chaos of April taxes. I also don't mind being the music director at church. What I do mind is that Easter and tax chaos collide every year. This is the most important time of year in our church - the Maronites consider Easter bigger than Christmas. I remember the year I was in Lebanon for Easter and had to go to church under the protection of armed guards.
As screwed up as our government can be, I thank God I don't have to do that here. | |

| Thanks JR! I was just thinking along similar lines while driving to work. Gosh, it's such a beautiful day outside too. It's so easy to get wrapped up at work during the mad season and forget what's really important and what God did for us. Hope everyone here has a great Easter. | |
