I have an Oregon LLC that is receiving lease/rent payments from a Florida LLC. Is Florida going to tax this? I was told yes by the bookkeeper but I don't find anything on the website that indicates that.

Yep, for sure...the Florida sales tax rate is 6%, plus the sur-tax rate, if any, of the county where the commercial property is located.
