| I'm probably thinking too hard on this for purposes of constructive ownership question on Form 1065. My client is GP of FLP. He also has LP interest. Other LP are 3 brothers, their wives and their children. So does the brothers' spouses' ownership interests get attributed to my client since they are indirectly owned by his brothers? In that case everyone would constructively own 100%. Or would I just attribute the brothers and grandkids to my client and not the spouses since they are in-laws? | |
