I have a client who owns a C corp and set up the articles in Deleware. They are Virginia based and there was not real reason to set up the C Corporation in DE. They just thought this was the best place since a lot of big corporations do it there. They want to switch it to VA. Is this as easy as just setting up a corp in VA. Does this effect the EIN number? Please advise what you have seen. | |
