Don't ask how this happen but for some reason the tenant has a very understanding landlord!

T/P owes 20K in arrears for rent and now states he will pay all in 2009! Currently has InHomeOffice and wants to know if it can all be deducted in 2009 or just the rent related to 2009?

I believe there is no stipulation on limited it to 2009 rent but just want to make sure.
