I am looking for a CRM tool to license and was wondering if any of you have recommendations. I would like it to be web based, so right now I am mainly looking at salesforce.com, crmtrak.com, and Microsoft Dyamics CRM online. The main thing I want to use it for is to track leads. I have been sending out letters to all new businesses in my area and some to existing businesses. Earlier this year I was getting a 0.8% response rate. Then I started following up with a second mailing, either a postcard or a small business guide, and now my response rate is 1.4%. I want to do even more of this but it's getting cumbersome to keep track of which lead has been sent which mailings, etc and I would like to be able to generate the letters and labels more easily. Also, some of my sources are paid so I want to see which ones are generating the most paying clients. Right now it's even hard for me to tell which leads have contacted me.

I am currently on a trial period for salesforce.com. I have had many mail merge problems with this one and unlike CRMTrak and Microsoft, they nickel and dime you. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
