Advise needed please!! I need to amend a prior year Form 1120. I know that normally form 1120X is completed; however, there was no

change in the figures. The only reason it needs to be amended is that the original return was marked as a Personal Service Corp (A3 on page 1 form 1120). The corp is not a PSC, so I just need to amend for that. Do I still do an 1120X with attachments?

Please advise.

I would file the 1120X explaining the change and attach the first 4 pages of Form 1120.
