New client with inherited AT&T stock held since 1993. Now has all the spinoffs, mergers, etc. in his portfolio but has not done a good job of tracking basis (who could really).

I've been doing the research for the basis and come across info on various AT&T/Verizon/SBC web sites for calculating basis and could put together a spreadsheet to retrace these pieces.

But wondering if anyone has used the product mentioned in the title: AT&T Divestiture Basis Tracker by DenverTax. Does it work? Is this even an appropriate forum question? Thanks.
