WHEN A 1031 EXCHANGE FROM RENTAL REALESTATE TO RENTAL REAL ESTATE IS COMPLETE, AT WHAT POINT WILL THE OWNER BE ABLE TO SWITCH OVER TO PERSONAL RESIDENCE FOR PRUPOSES OF ACCUMULATING THE 2 YEARS OF RESIDENCE. i WOULD APPRECIATE ANY INPUT ON THIS. THANKS IN ADVANCE...
