Neighborhood Assistance Act Credit - Expanded
House Bill 285 (Chapter 725) and Senate Bill 81 (Chapter 657) make Neighborhood Assistance Credits available to eligible health professionals who provide health care services within the scope of their licensure, without charge, regardless of where those services are delivered. In addition, Senate Bill 81 makes Neighborhood Assistance Act Credits available to chiropractors who donate time to perform health care services at a qualified health clinic.
