You posted a tax question as an article

Before you try to repost in the proper place, please see this discussion: Discussion:California law marijuana dispensary, and also any other discussions that are linked from within it.

Editing to add: The article you just started will be deleted in a minute; articles are intended for passing along factual information that others may want to access through the search box or other use of the research archives.

If you want to post your question as a discussion in one of the discussion forums - although you may not need to once you've read some of the other discussions on this topic - you will need to update your user page to show that you are a tax professional. Put some information on your user page - your profile indicating your level of experience/background as a professional tax preparer. If you don't do that, your question is likely to be removed from the tax forum.

Your profile needs to be updated both for starting new discussions, and also if you simply post a follow-up question to an existing discussion.
