Welcome

Hello and welcome to TaxAlmanac!

If you haven't done so already, you might want to review our Quick Start Guide to help you get oriented.

Thank you for introducing yourself on the introduction page. You might also want to add something to your own user page so that others will know a little about you.

If you can think of anything we can do to make TaxAlmanac a more useful resource to you, please feel free to give us your feedback.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a member of the TaxAlmanac community! If you have any questions, see the help pages or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!

Hi, I see you've been a member of TaxAlmanac since the very beginning - welcome back!

A lot of things have changed since TA was first started - so here are some good links for refamiliarizing yourself with TaxAlmanac:
Code of Conduct, Policies, FAQ, and Hints and Tips on How to Search on TaxAlmanac.

Also, we now have individual user pages - called profiles - that can be accessed by the other users by clicking any username in a discussion. To get to yours, click your own name in a discussion, or up at the top center of your screen (or here: Profile).

I have taken the liberty of updating your user page with the information you originally posted on the "user introductions" article at the time you joined the site. I did this because questions from users who haven't provided any information on their profile are often ignored, and also they are subject to being moved out of the Tax or Accounting Forums and over to the DIY/Consumer Forum, and I didn't want that to happen to you.

Anyway, that info is four or five years old now, so you may want to take a look at it. The key thing to have in there would be something about your experience level/background as a tax professional, but your full name, contact info, etc are all optional. To edit the info, go to your user page (top left tab at the top of the screen) select edit at the top of your user page, replace anything you like, and then click Save page. (Or click Preview first, and then Save if you like the results.)

Thanks,
