User page changes

Hi - I see you've been a member here on TaxAlmanac for so long that you didn't even have "editable boilerplate" on your user page. I've just edited your user page to give you the info that all new users see: a little boilerplate paragraph suggesting the info you might include on your user page, and the blue box requesting that you fill out some user info for the use of the community.

It's your background/level of experience as a tax pro that we would really like to see there - that info is useful when others consider how to respond to your posts (cite pubs, cite code, suggest searches, etc.) and also if you respond to other posts, it puts your responses into context. Any other info would be optional.

Please go back to the user page now and update the info - you probably saw that this was requested on step 2 of the four steps toward asking a new tax question, but when you went to edit you weren't presented with any info about what to do next. So - I hope that the change I just made will make it easier for you to update your user page. It would be appreciated by all!
