Your article about Madoff's CPA

Hi, I have just transferred the contents of the article you started about Madoff's CPA into an existing discussion about Madoff: Madoff Lives up to name, because it isn't really an appropriate topic for an article here. Articles on TaxAlmanac form part of the research tools on the site, and are meant to pass along facts and info that others would be looking for when researching tax issues, whereas the discussion forums are a better place for discussing current events like this. There were already several discussions about Madoff, so I figured that posting it to one of the existing discussions was better than transferring your article into the forums as a new discussion.

I'll be deleting your "Madoff's CPA" article shortly - just wanted you to know where your comments had gone before I did that.

Hi, Titan, me again!

You started another article that looks like it really should be in the discussion forums. (To post a question/new discussion in the discussion forums, you go into the appropriate forum, and then click the link to start a new discussion. Don't use the "Start a new article" link, as articles end up in an entirely different place than discussions, on this site. Articles are more for adding facts and info to TaxAlmanac's research resources. If you want responses, use the discussion forums instead.)

Your article has been moved over to the Chat Forum; that seemed like the best place for it. You can still get to it by going to your "my contributions" link at the top right corner of your screen.
