Thanks for the information about VR Business Brokers in Hilo, I just received a solicitation from them and it was addressed by hand - both my address and their return address. I thought that was a little weird, kind of like they had gotten wind of my wish to sell, but I don't know how they would since I haven't said anything to anyone specifically. Good to know others have found them to be helpful and useful though.
