Welcome SNOW!!

FL is my home and I will bet a dollar that you most likely have a winter home not far.

Thank you for the post...it got my blood boiling...hehe

EA's and HRB

I only know that they don't work on commission. In my district all the audit rep slots are full, so I didn't get hired to do that.

Snowbird, now I see Hmoy

Thanks for stepping in there with your comment, I see what you mean by criminal now. I finally got around to carefully reading the original post for Hmoy and see that his client was failing to report his rental income, or at least was very reckless in not doing so. No wonder the agent got err... mad.CrowJD 00:19, 12 June 2008 (CDT)

Too much time

It's time for you to logoff, Snow! And go visit with your grandkids. Natalie 22:02, 8 November 2008 (CST)Natalie

Thank you for the response on the RV question. I did update my profile. I am curious why the corporation could not own the RV and rent the RV to the stockholder at an arm's length price and still show it on thier books as a rental property. I am leary of Montana LLC (the client said corporation, but it would be an LLC)it reads too bood to be true! KansasCPAKansasCPA 19:40, 20 July 2009 (CDT)
