Converting Loss Corp to S
I have been following the discussion about converting a C to S. I am not clear I read any response to converting to S when the C is a loss during liquidation. Would it be a reasonable cause to convert only at liquidation to take advantage of losses?
Thanks Samuel

Your Question
I noticed the question that you asked here on your User Talk page. This page is basically where others can leave you personal messages. Other people will rarely see what is added here, so you should probably ask your question in the Tax Questions Discussion Forum.
Let me know if I can be of any further help.

Wasn't me...
It wasn't me, Sam. Sorry, not much help on debt cancellations, assumptions, etc.
