ValPak advertising
Hi John. Thank you for replying to my inquiry at Tax Almanac. It does my heart a world of good to hear that the ValPak coupon ads have worked well for you. We committed to a $2,000 buy -- two areas, two months each, total of about 40,000 pieces. If we get just 15 to 18 paying clients out of all those, we should break even. I'd like to do at least 2-3 times as well as that (well, really, I'd LOVE to see a 1% response rate, which would be 400 clients. But I don't think that's too likely).
So what has your experience been? If I hope for 40 to 50 paying clients out of that, am I realistic or high on something? We are, by the way, definitely geared toward the low-and-middle income individual filer and small businesses -- not high income / corporate filers -- and our pricing structure reflects that.
Thanks again for your reply!

P.S. -- Didn't leave the tildes. So if you see two versions of this reply, that's why: I'm reposting with the tildes, as directed by the software. Very strange programming at this site!PDXTaxman 15:22, 4 December 2006 (CST)
