Hello, and welcome to TaxAlmanac! My name is Tim Doyle and I serve here in the role of TaxAlmanac Moderator. If you haven't done so already, you might want to review our Quick Start Guide to help you get oriented.

Jim:
The built-in search routines for MediaWiki websites (such as TaxAlmanac) has a set of common words which the index does not index. Unfortunately, the word "never" is one of those words, which is why you were unable to locate the item you were looking for. We're aware of the limitations in the existing search engine, and may look at alternatives at some point in the future. In the meantime, you can also use Google to search this site by using the Advanced Search page - just look for the Google section at the bottom.

I have tried responding to your email Jim
I feel badly that I have tried to respond with no success to the questions about the TPP and IPP for the State of FL. I left a telephone message as well. If you can, let me know if you got the information you needed or if you would like to have me resend my email to an address that does not bounce it back.
