Form 8582/Trusts

Hi, Can you direct me to the authority that states that the trusts need to file Form 8582 with no other income? I believe you, but client wants detail.

The bad and the good

Sorry about your client with the SIMPLE there. You might ask that client with the 403(b) if his employer also offers a 457(b) [usually you will see this with universities, other state entities, but he should definitely ask]. If so, he could sock 15.5K into the 403(b), and 15.5K into the 457(b). The 457(b) is a great little benefit!CrowJD 10:39, 19 April 2008 (CDT)
