CRUT state

it is kind of like any other fiduciary return - you need to file the state return for the state in which the CRUT is in as well as any in which it carries out a trade or business, plus one for the state in which the real estate which was sold is in. The trust can change its (I can't think of the term tonight, but it is like domicile in its meaning. situ? something that means where the trust is based.)

Yes, it is usually where the CRUT is administered from - which is usually where the trustee is. Kevinh5
