C Corp

Heelo, you left a message last year saying that you have used a specialized qualified intermediary to facilitate the sale whereby they purchased the c-corp stock and split the tax savings. I have a C-Corp. building that I am buying in NEw York and am trying to help minimize the effects of taxes of the trasnaction for the seller.
