California Issue

Barb,

I have been doing state and local tax consulting for many years and can give you more of my background if you are interested.

In order to help you though, I need some more information.

Can you send me some details on the entities involved, their relationship to each other, their intercompany transactions etc?

If a company is Unitary, then by definition, Unitary means one and only one, so it doesn't make sense to be using differing percentages.

How are the percentages you mentioned arrived at? Are you using a Joyce or a Finnegan approach to apportionment?
