Hey Frank...I'm in IL, and while I do have clients scattered in over a dozen states, I don't know much about the quirky CA crap...they have a minimum hit on LLC's that takes your breath away. And even tho' you inc'd in NV, you still have to register to do biz in CA and file there. It didn't accomplish anything to inc. in NV, other than to pay fees to NV for not much of nuttin'. And a C corp? Yikes...you do need some help...but one of the CA folk would be far better for you. JR1

If you go to our California page, by selecting that link or by typing the word into the yellow search box on the left, you can view all of our California links, including a link of all TA participants who have stated that they reside in California.
