I am the senior software developer and 100% shareholder of an S-Corp in Lexington KY. We publish governmental accounting (both modified cash and accrual basis), budgeting, payroll, local occupational tax, service billing and e-filing software applications for counties, cities and special taxing districts in Kentucky. I am also the "staff accountant" and treasurer of the company, currently with 3 full-time and 3 part-time employees.
