Hello, my name is Erik Klein and I go by the nickname Eklein. I am a computer software consultant and have been involved in IT for over 18 years. I specialize in designing, architecting, and building Java-based custom business applications for Fortune 1000 companies. I perform my consulting services through my wholly owned corporation which was created in 1998 as a C-Corporation. In 2006, I selected S-Corp status for this company and am now dealing with the headaches of >2% shareholder issues. I have managed the books and tax returns for my corporation since 1999. I use Quickbooks and TurboTax for Business to assist me.
