Hello, my name is Aric Schreiner. I am a CPA licensed in Missouri. I passed the CPA exam in 1983. I got back into public accounting full time about three years ago after work in the non profit sector in payroll and human resources and in the corporate world as a human resources consultant. Throughout the years I kept a small book of business of tax clients. I joined a sole practioner a couple years ago just after his partner left. Then after the April 2006 tax deadline he announced that he was retiring. We worked out a deal and I bought his practice. We have three CPAs including myself, a bookkeeper, a tax preparer and one administrative staff. I have been trying to raise the professional standards of the firm and have experienced a wide variety of headaches as a small business owner.

We have a long suit in preparing clergy tax returns. We also have three Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisors on our staff. We do QuickBooks training. We do compilations and reviews but not audits. We do all types of income, sales, and payroll tax returns. We do payroll but only if asked to do so, since we can't compete on price with a local firm that does it for a buck an employee per paycheck.
