Hello, my name is William David Kebschulland I go by the nickname Template:WD Kebschull.

Hello, my name is William David Kebschull and I go by the nickname Template:WD Kebschull. I am new here but I have posted on other tax message boards for over ten years. I have been a volunteer tax preparer for about five years now.

I am a member TurboTax Inner Circle and have been published in Tax Analysts Tax Notes Today

After I posed a rather direct question to a prominent North Carolina politician about North Carolina's Married Filing Separately requirement for non-residents where only one had North Carolina source income, the law was changed and the requirement disappeared in 2006. South Carolina followed suite. Next target - Virginia.

My major efforts currently are directed at putting an end to the fraudulent "DOUBLE OR NOTHING TAXATION" of state income refunds in violation of section 111(a) and 56(b)(1)(D) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Okay! So that prominent North Carolina politician's last name is the same as my wife's maiden name and he had a sister in my wife's high school graduating class.

POP QUIZ:

2. Which state(s) include state income tax refunds in the calculation of taxable
