Hello, my name is Vincent Lee, casual investor in Bay Area California. I am fairly new here as of September 2007. "Casual", as in I am not professional, but I do have some rental properties and ran into rental questions all the time.

I appreciate deeply any of your response, as I am always trying to increase my knowledge in this are. Maybe I can be a full time investor when I retire from my 40 hours a week day job.
