Hello, my name is Pam Papp and I go by the nickname Tipper. I have been in the accounting/tax business for almost 30 years. I started in high school with my CPA father! I am not a CPA, an EA, or any thing else. Although I think that is going to change, considering all the hoop-la about licensing tax pros. I do have my BSBA, and take CE courses every year.

My company is in Kansas City, so I mostly deal with Missouri & Kansas states. My expertise is generally personal tax issues. I do a few C-Corps, and quite a few S-corps. I'm rather fond of the the S-corps. I have a varied client base and am knowledgeable in several industries. Construction, home-based business, day care, homeowner associations for example.

I also am a consultant for QuickBooks. I am finally getting "certified" , after working with this software since before it was even Quickbooks! You all may remember---Quicken for DOS on my 286. Ha Ha

Personally, I do not consider myself a typical accountant type! I seem to have this creative flair, and will sometimes throw caution to the wind. I am thorough, very honest, forthright, and expect everyone to pay the tax that is due. But no more.
