Greetings. I am Tim Evans, a CPA in Alpharetta, GA. Although it seems like around a year ago, my first tax season was in 1977, learning to limit the tax on earned income to only 50%. Now, it is 2008, and I am still confused on so many levels. However, I do take comfort in the fact that confusion on a mass scale in the tax area can lead to an extended, long-term way of making a living, for which my family is grateful.
