Hello, I am Vidya. I started my practice two years ago in North Dallas area. Initially I prepared 1040s and am slowly taking startup small business clients. Most of them are in software services and usually are LLCs and S corporations.

I really appreciate that the tax forum here is very active and informative. I hope to learn from all of you. So please pardon me if my questions are a little too naive!!
