Hello, my name is Shanna and I go by the nickname Sdiaz. I am a Mortgage Professional by trade and run my own Branch Office. I also have taken the H & R tax course and have become employable through them but have chosen not to. I do this to help my family as they lose thier heads at tax time and I actually enjoy problem solving. I hope this does not discredit me as I am not Certified, I try very hard at everything I do.
