I am a real estate investor and business owner, entrepeneur. I am based on the east coast, but have business activities in the midwest and west as well. My RE interests include residential building lots in the Carolinas, vacation rental homes in some very nice locations, some commercial property, and ownership of an "S" Corp. and an LLC in Nevada. I am very interested in ideas about better tax planning , limiting liabilities for entrepeneurs, and other tax advantages that can be gained with the proper organization of assets.
