1970-1976--Budget Officer/Financial Analyst for Agency for International Development in Guatemala City, Guatemala, Lagos, Nigeria and Kabul, Afghanistan.
1977-1999--IRS Agent in Sherman, TX. From 1988-1999 was IRS Special Enforcement Program Agent working exclusively on US Department of Justice criminal prosecution cases involving assorted "white collar" financial crimes (i.e. tax, money laundering, drugs, embezzlement, gambling and fraud against the US Government). Testified on a number of occasions as an "expert witness" relating to tax and accounting matters in the Eastern Judicial District of Texas, Sherman Division. Retired from IRS in 1999, after over thrity-two years of service.
1999-Present--Manager and owner of my company, "Tax Solution Specialists". Representation services are provided to clients that are involved in both civil and criminal IRS cases. Primary emphasis directed toward litigation support.
