Colonel Jim Allen USMC is President of a small business firm located in McLean Virginia named Marikai Corporation. The Firm provides Tax Practitioner Services throughout the United States and also specializes in the creation of business entities licensed to operate within all fifty states; develops foreign and domestic state organizations, and provides financial planning, and accounting services. Marikai has a staff lawyer and practises Immigration Law in support of immigrants on the road to residency and naturalization.

We have been incorporated since 1988 and we are listed as Certifying Acceptance Agents and Electronic Return Origniators with the Treasury Department. We package and process international and domestic clients through the IRS and state franchise tax boards across the United States.
